About Us

Our STory

At Capital Mobile Massage, convenience meets clinical care. We deliver in-home and on-site massage across Madison and Fitchburg, tailoring every session to your goals—stress relief, pain management, sports recovery, or deep relaxation. Our clients control the environment, from music to room temperature, for a calm, private experience.

Capital Mobile Massage began with Luis Bodden’s natural gift for healing touch—first discovered while helping a friend in Roatán, Honduras, in 2020. After running a mobile practice there, Luis formalized his training at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and later brought his work to Wisconsin, serving the Fitchburg/Madison community.

Meet the founder

Luis Bodden, LMT

Luis is a licensed massage therapist known for thoughtful assessment, clear communication, and results-driven bodywork. His background spans Swedish, deep tissue, and sports techniques, with a focus on identifying root causes (antagonist/assistant muscles) rather than treating symptoms alone. Clients appreciate his guidance on stretches and self-care between sessions.

Your session

What to expect

From first click to final stretch, we keep every step simple and stress-free. Here’s how we ensure each session is comfortable, customized, and focused entirely on your well-being.

Simple Intake

Consent, health history, and massage forms ensure safe, appropriate treatment.

Hands-on Time You Booked

Sessions (60/75/90/120 min) include a brief setup and wrap-up window for ambiance, discussion, and cleanup.

Ideal Setting

You choose music, sound, conversation, and temperature (we suggest ~70°F).

Space Needed

A table is ~6.5' x 3–4'; please allow ~4–5' of clearance around it (about a 12' x 8–10' area).

Family Friendly

Childcare is helpful for full relaxation, but we can accommodate your needs.

Hydration Matters

Drink water before and after to support lymphatic drainage and recovery.

Care Philosophy

Massage isn’t a luxury—it’s maintenance for mind and body. Frequency depends on lifestyle: weekly for active bodies or targeted recovery, every 3–4 weeks for general wellness. Mild post-session tenderness (similar to a workout) is normal at first and decreases with consistency

Professional Standards

We maintain active practitioner liability insurance and provide licensed receipts with credentials and business name—often usable for client insurance reimbursement. Our policies protect client and therapist safety; inappropriate behavior ends a session immediately and is fully billable.

Mobile Services

Massage Modalities

Swedish Massage

Gentle, slow strokes for circulation, nervous-system calm, and whole-body relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targets deeper layers; pressure can be light, medium, or firm—“effective” doesn’t  mean “painful.”

SPorts Massage

Stretching and muscle stripping to prepare for activity or speed post-event recovery.

Corporate & Events

Chair Massage

Bring wellness to work with on-site chair massage for teams and events. It’s an efficient way to relieve tension, boost morale, and fit care into busy schedules.
